Thank you for your feedback. We're glad the communication and check-in process met your expectations — we pride yourself on being responsive and available throughout every stay. We do want to note that our listing photos accurately reflect the property, and we're proud that many guests feel the home even exceeds what the pictures show. When you first arrived, you mentioned a couple of maintenance items which our team addressed promptly — beyond those, we didn't receive any additional concerns during your stay, and we always encourage guests to reach out immediately so we can resolve anything in real time. We hope you'll consider giving us another chance to deliver the exceptional experience the vast majority of our guests enjoy.

We really enjoyed our stay. A very tentative and responsive host! House had many amenities for all ages. Lots of seating and room for large groups, but cozy enough for small families. We paid for the pool heat and it was very warm and hot tub was hot! Thank you for helping us have a wonderful family vacation!
