This home has everything you could want for your visit to The Villages. The entire home is newly furnished and beautifully appointed. The home has beautiful luxury vinyl flooring with tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. The open living area has a large sectional sofa for comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. The dining area has room for six. The master suite has a king size bed, large walk-in closet and the master bath a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed and there is an additional bedroom set up as an office and TV viewing room, the office has a pull out sofa. Guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The screened in lanai has privacy and a wonderful seating arrangement to enjoy company and refreshments after a great fun filled day. The location is perfect, near Lake Sumter Landing and Colony Shopping Center where you will find a Publix Super Market, several restaurants and convenient shopping.

Well appointed and beautifully decorated home! Quiet neighborhood close to Brownwood and Lake Sumter town squares. Would return!

Perfect family home in the Villages

The house was super clean, well-equipped and had a great layout for relaxation. This is one of the best layouts I've seen in a Villages home.
