At AAA Magic Vacation Homes, we believe in being transparent and responding quickly whenever a concern is reported. During your stay, our maintenance team was dispatched promptly, and several items, including the media room and PlayStation, were addressed right away. The remaining items, including the bathroom outlets and the custom-sized master bedroom blinds, have since been repaired or are scheduled for completion. Our home is professionally serviced on a regular basis, including pool maintenance and pest control. Living in Central Florida, occasional outdoor insects or wildlife can naturally find their way into screened areas despite routine service, but we always respond promptly when notified. Regarding the late check-out request, we sincerely apologize for the delayed communication. Unfortunately, we had a same-day arrival and were unable to accommodate a late departure. We continuously invest in maintaining and improving our home, and feedback helps us do exactly that. Future guests can book with confidence knowing that if anything unexpected arises, our team is committed to responding quickly and doing everything possible to ensure a wonderful stay.
