Our family vacation was everything and more. The house was perfect on the water where we were able to keep our boat. The rooms were nice and everyone was able to have private time if needed. Would definitely recommend and book again. The house is forsale hopefully we can stay again before it is sold.

The home was very clean, had most everything we needed and it was convenient to have direct canal access. We very much enjoyed our stay. The only suggestions we have is to send an email with instructions for checkout and spray the lower area for mosquitoes as we could not be outside very long because the bugs were terrible. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it to others.

We enjoyed staying here and found that it was comfortable and clean and in a good location in a quiet neighborhood in a close proximity to local activities. We definitely would stay here again next time we are in the area.

Perfect getaway!

The house is perfect for a stay in homosassa. Beautiful porch to enjoy your morning coffee and a good view! Plenty of room for a few couples or a large family! Everything was nice and clean. Can’t wait to stay again!

Great Place

We had a family of 7 staying and the large living room was perfect for conversation. The home is on a canal leading to the Homosassa River. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Kayaks were also available.

A Great Visit to Old Florida

This property was wonderful for our extended family of 7. The home had everything we needed and plenty of room to spread out. The views of the water were wonderful, and we were even able to fish right off the dock. The house is located in a nice area quiet area that showcases old Florida. Several good restaurants are nearby. The location worked out great to head to Crystal River and swim with the manatees as well. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Relaxing and Breezy

We loved the house. The location was close to all things Homosassa. We spent most of the time relaxing under the house where the breeze kept most of the bugs and the heat away. The house was equipped with everything we needed and then some.

Florida New Year

Location was good. Three rooms meant that the 8th person had to sleep in the wide open living room. (We were able to make a bed for three to sleep in the room with no bathroom) This place is great for six people or less.

NICE PLACE

Guys fall fishing trip. Only Problem was that had no access to live TV programming. Middle of Football season and no access to any of the Major networks - ABC - CBS - NBC or ESPN. For the $$ pd Expect functioning TV access .

Scalloping 2024

Very pleased with the location, cleanliness, boat dock, parking.....only complaint is the "commercial ice maker"..... ALOT smaller than what we were thinking when referred to as commercial. More like residential. Used the twice the ice down the road. Still great time!!!
