Great Location
This house is in a perfect location for the Disney Parks and great restaurants. You can also easily get to the other parks in Orlando, but for us, this trip was for my grandkids to see all the Disney parks for the first time. The house has plenty of room for the seven of us, and it can sleep nine according to the description. It also has a pool, which was a little cold for me the first week in April, but the kids didn't mind.
The house is slightly dated and could use some updates, but it was clean and comfortable, with 2 new couches in the living room. I will definitely try to rent this place again if it is available.

Good location, great owner communications, house needs updating.
The house was easy to get into and the owner was super communicative throughout our entire stay. The only thing is that the house needs updating. The carpet needs to be replaced the couches were in tough shape and had covers on them. The smoke detectors were either missing or hanging from wires. Contacted the host about them, last tenants had issues with them and he was waiting to receive new ones. Other little things but those were livable. If you are looking for the perfect house, this isn't it. Looking for an economical stay and can deal with imperfections I would recommend.
