Our stay was fantastic, had everything we needed and then some. Host even provided us with birthday balloons and cookies for a fantastic surprise! Host was very accessible via messaging and was so accommodating, we would definitely book this again.

Great house to stay and play

The house was just right with lots of space to play - the pool and hot tub was fantastic- with all well equipped with games and comfortable family areas to sit and plan the day’s adventure- in short it was a great house to stay in and stay there again

We recently stayed in Kissimmee and had an absolutely fantastic time. From the moment we arrived, everything was made so easy thanks to our contact, Marylin, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay.The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped from the games in the garage to the pool, providing everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The location was excellent close by to everything, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping probably too close to Walmart, making it the perfect base for our trip.What really stood out was the excellent customer service. Marylin went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and was always available to answer any questions we had. Her professionalism and warmth made us feel welcome from start to finish.We created some wonderful memories during our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the Kissimmee area. Spacious and everything you need family Getaway

We had a great time and we’re very happy with absolutely everything. Quiet neighborhood, great facilities, wide, open spaces for lounging and family time. We found the place to be very clean with everything you would need for a week or longer getaway.

Wonderful Time

Very beautiful home with plenty of room for a group of 7. My granddaughters enjoyed the swimming pool & gameroom. Close to shopping & Disney World. Really enjoyed my stay will stay again in the near future.

We stayed here during Hurricane Ian and everyone was so helpful. The home was clean and comfortable. The property manager was always available and had open communication through everything. It’s very close to Walt Disney World and everything you might need. Absolutely amazing place. We will be staying here again.

Comfortable villa in great location

Enjoyed our stay in this villa which is in a great location, with easy access to Highway 192 restaurants and Disney. There are also many golf courses nearby. The villa is comfortable, and everything reasonably needed is provided. The communication with the owner was excellent and she dealt appropriately with any issue.

Entertaining

This is a lovely house with lots to keep us entertained. Swimming pool and pool table were put to good use. Perfect house to share with another family as it has two rooms with in room bathrooms.

A great family holiday in this well situated spacious villa. Fully equipped kitchen makes preparation of meals and snacks simple and easy. Children loved the pool and the heated spa was a bonus in the evenings. The property easily accommodated the seven of us. The second living/dinning room provided a quieter space to relax. The welcome pack was a pleasant and very useful surprise.

Excellent Vacation home

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderfully kept home. Emerald Island grounds are beautiful and it has everything right on sight for your vacation enjoyment. The four bedroom home is well maintained and my family really enjoyed our stay and when we return to Florida will stay at this location again, Restaurants are close by and the location is 5 minutes from the Disney parks. The house was beautifully appointed. We were surprised at the welcome gifts; the perfect things to get us going on our first morning. The host answered immediately to the few questions that I had. She was very responsive. And after the long days at the park the hot tub was delightful. The location in so convenient to stores, parks and restaurants. The house was spacious, very clean, the amenities were plentiful. A perfect house for our family get away.

Great stay in Orlando

We visited for a brief stay in Orlando for the Disney Run and were instantly at home. Safe neighborhood, clean property, and even welcome snacks waiting for us! Marilyn was a super responsive communicator; heating issue with hot tub was addressed immediately and resolved during our stay to save the day! Would definitely return!

Had a wonderful stay

Loved this property. Appreciated the essentials (milk, juice, cookies, bread, butter, jam, and cereal) that were provided to hold us over until we could get groceries. Great location, quiet, loved the pool and spa. We weren’t able to get the AC working in the game room or the pool lights, but that was only a minor issue. Would def stay here again!
