- NOTE: Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Rabun County ordinances, state and federal law, and such a violation of any of these rules may result in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for payment of fines levied
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 faces toward the driveway , camera 2 faces toward the north side of the driveway, and camera 3 faces toward the right side of the home. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and sound while guests are in residence
- NOTE: The neighbor keeps honeybees, so there may be the potential of encountering honeybees during your stay. The owner takes every precaution to keep the bees away from the cabin in case any guests have allergies, but it is not guaranteed that you won't encounter any honeybees outside during your stay
