We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a very nice cabin, close to everything we wanted to do. The host was very good at letting us know what we needed to know about the place. We enjoyed having the hot tub right there also, it was a great trip.

Awesome privacy, clean as listed cabin, and possible 4 wheel drive in winter months but surprisingly close to everything.

Had a couple lights not working but host was in process of repairs, could have used a little more info on steep grade and smaller turn around area for those traveling in larger vehicles...otherwise accommodation was excellent , clean and relaxing....enjoyed and would use again

Great quiet location, town is a good walking distance. Definitely recommend 4WD vehicle, especially if weather isn't great. Hot tub on the deck was a great perk. We could hear elk throughout the evening from the deck. It was a bit chilly at night, having extra blankets would be a good idea.

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. We stayed for almost one full week. It was just me and my fiance and our three pups. We were very grateful to have found a place willing to accommodate us and our beloved pets who got to experience a vacation in the mountains too along with us. We loved the hot tub, grill, and how private it was. Close to everything we wanted to visit. We will stay here again the first chance we get.

By far the cleanest house I have ever experienced with my years of traveling. The mountain views were private and magical. My dog and child were very safe in this property and the few stairs did not pose any concerns. It was also easy to drive up to the cabin and plenty of room to turn around in the drive when exiting. The community was extremely friendly.

Serene Maggie Valley Cabin Retreat

We loved our stay. We were unable to get in contact with our property assistant and were unable to get the television to work. We used our phones to watch videos all week.

Great time at the cabin

My family and I had a wonderful staying at the cabin. It was super clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day after we hiked in the mountains. We relaxed on the porch listening to the birds and reading a book. The location of the cabin is very convenient as it is close to the stores and restaurants at Maggie Valley and yet secluded enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Also not far from the entrance of the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Anniversary Getaway

Home was just as described, road to reach the cabin was a little steep but very private. The tv reception was not that good it kept loosing the signal but I guess that was due to being in the mountains.
Response from VrboOwner on 14 Aug 2025
From the Owner: "Thank you for your feedback, and I’m glad to hear the home was just as described and that you enjoyed the privacy. I’m sorry about the TV signal issues. Being in the mountains, the few internet providers available in the area don’t yet offer 5G or fiber-optic service. We’ve already submitted requests for the neighborhood to be upgraded, and we hope to see improvements soon."

Great cabin! Comfortable beds. Wonderfully laid out floor plan. Peace and quiet. The only negative is one day the WiFi worked and then the follow two days after the first day, the WiFi didn’t work and there wasn’t even a storm. Heather that hose was super helpful and very sweet. I will definitely stay here again, and I would be super quick to do it if they fix the WiFi issues.
