The house is perfect it well stocked, clean . What I loved was the neighborhood is very quiet & peaceful . The outdoor sunroom & patio are a great bonus to the house. I rented due to my sister having surgery . It was the perfect home with a great walk in shower & full bath attached to the primary bedroom . Thank you

We absolutely loved our time at Ping and Mikhail’s place! The neighborhood is a great location from the strip and it’s super quiet. It was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Very clean and comfy. I will leave it in my favorite list and do recommend this place.For laundry, make sure you check the washer dispenser to make sure there is no bleach left in there because my clothes were damaged due to that. Overall, great experience.

We had a great stay at this home! It’s very family-friendly and located in a quiet yet central neighborhood, which made everything super convenient. Being just a couple blocks from South Point Hotel and Casino and a short 10–15 minute drive to Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena, and the Strip was a huge plus. Another huge bonus was the excellent local eateries close by and community park. The home itself was comfortable and welcoming. The only area for improvement would be a bit more attention to detail with cleaning, particularly the floors. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely coming back!
