If you're looking for a serene oasis where you can watch the sunset over the Monterey Bay; and be in a beautiful home, this is for you. Don't forget that just down the road, you can visit terrific fresh seafood restaurants at Moss Landing; kayak out & find sea otters enjoying the Elkhorn Slough; dine & shop in nearby Monterey - or if you have a wanderlust, visit Big Sur! Everything is close by, and yet you will feel that you're a world away. Enjoy tennis? There are many great courts here! Basketball, beach volleyball set ups, wonderful walking trails, and of course, the most stunning & quiet beach on the Monterey bay. Our condo faces Monterey Bay which gives amazing sunrise views daily.

Our property managers at Pajaro Dunes Resort will help with anything you might need to further enjoy your stay. Nearby attractions include the Monterey Bay Aquarium; the Santa Cruz Mystery Spot. Stop at our lobby store where you can find special coastal gifts to take memories home; Maid service is also available upon request. We hope to welcome you to our home away from home. Please note that all BBQ's in the Pelican condos have been removed due to HOA policy.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.

After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.

Return furniture to its original location. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
