Might need some renovating, but for the price, it was absolutely amazing. 10/10, would stay here again if we can book for a similar price. It was a steal, we even decided to stay an extra night it was so nice.
As stated in the on-line description this property could use some updating and a little TLC, however it was very clean and we loved having 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The view from the deck is spectacular.
We read the reviews before we booked the condo. As stated, it is dated but we enjoyed our stay. It is a short walk to the beach and not far from Monterrey. Whale watching was amazing and enjoyed the electric bike ride.
We were pleasantly surprised with the size of this home, the view, the close proximity to the sand and the fact that each room had a full bath and it's own patio. I will most definitely be back!
We had a wonderful time. We liked the 3 stories, each bedroom had a private bathroom which was a plus!

The only negative is the couch is broken down and worn out.
Very quiet complex. Spacious condo. Loved the view. Would definitely stay here again. Only drawback are the stairs to go down to the bedrooms. Other than that, place was very clean and accurately depicted.
Pajaro Dunes needs to add more lighting to hand rails and ramps for night time arrivals. Our Condo was comfortable but definitely needs some work and updates, we knew that from previous reports. The price was very reasonable.
We had a wonderful time at the condo. We loved having a separate bathroom for each of us. The only negative was that I had called to make sure there was a bbq grill, but the propane tank was empty. Luckily, my husband had taken our spare tank.
Our family traveled to Monterrey to celebrate My brothers birthday. Our original rental had a problem so we were upgraded to this house! Management took care of all of our questions! They delivered a wine opener and new coffee maker to us! The hot tub and sauna were such a great treat!

The place was nice, it's in a gated community and it's a little cumbersome to get in and out of especially late night. I left a nice gray hat there and they said they would hang onto it for me, when I was down south next weekend I called back and they said: "We don't even have a lost and found…" Also, it looks like a plumbing and lighting fixture has been changed out in that place since about the 90s…
Nothing can be better than the beach at Pajaro ! The condo was a little dated, could stand a paint job. We appreciated the 4 bedrooms/4 baths but would have been nice to have a 1/2 bath on main level (stairs are tough for us older folks). Kitchen stocked well. Our only suggestion was needs a large fry pan.
Great Eucalyptus setting with Unobstructed Ocean Views
Pleasantly surprised as it is obvious the owners are remodeling. Looks way better than the pix on VRBO. Bedrooms are all large.
It did not get 5 stars because to get to the property, one should not be handicapped. Lots of stairs to the3 condos ...or a long graduated path up to them.. Inside there is no bathroom on the living level. One has to go down a flight of stairs to use the restrooms in the bathrooms.

Bad trip
This property should NOT be rented in its current condition. At the very least it needs to be painted from top to bottom. But that can’t be done until the mold has been cleaned off the walls. The porch floor is peeling making it hard to walk on. I wanted to have a special time with my family, instead we got a nightmare

The property does need painting and the nightly price on the property is meant to reflect that. We’ll be getting quotes this week to paint in order to improve the esthetics of the beach front townhome.

Objekt ausbaufähig
Das Ferienhaus liegt in bester (Strand-)Lage.
Leider ist das Objekt an sich aber eher enttäuschend.
Im Inserat war von einem älteren Zustand die Rede und darauf waren wir auch eingestellt!
Leider war aber die Sauberkeit (z.B. Küche allgemein, Bettwäsche, Teppich) und die Ausstattung mangelhaft (ein Zimmer hatte keine richtigen Bettdecken, es fehlten Glübirnen in den Nachttischleuchten, es fehlten ganze Schubladen in Kommoden).
Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist definitiv nicht stimmig! Wir hatten auf unserer Kalifornien-Rundreise deutlich bessere und gleichzeitig günstigere Miethäuser!
