This 10th floor vacation rental unit can sleep up to eight guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

·    Flat screen televisions available in all bedrooms.

·    Fit more people into less space with two bunkbeds that have a full sized bed on the bottom and twin on top in the spare bedroom.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Great condo! Relaxing vacation.

Property as pictured. Beds were all comfortable- including those heavy duty bunk beds. Big smart TVs, recliners are soooo comfortable! Gorgeous view. Amenities were well-maintained- no reason to leave the property. Owner must have updated to full size stackable washer and dryer since last review. Great stay- we will be back!

Phoenix VII

Phoenix VII was very busy during our stay in July. The lobby was clean and orderly and the elevators ran well. There is definitely a high turnover in the unit we stayed in. I was not particularly happy with the cleanliness of the unit. More attention to detail could be made when cleaning between bookings.

Smells bad and not clean well

The condo has a bad smell like mildew or old mop water. We tried to clean and spray air freshener but couldn’t get rid of it. All surface including tables and countertops were dirty. Washer was too loud and disturb resting. Doors were falling apart including tub drain. Technician came multiple days to do various repairs.

Perfect Value

We thoroughly enjoyed our first family vacation. With all of the amenities of the facility as well as the room, it made for the perfect stay. My only wish is that there were more beachside dining to walk to or have access to, which is no fault of the condo. 10/10 would come back and stay again :)
