The house was nice and very spacious. The host was great with communications and quick to help make our vacation wonderful. House was clean and the pool was a fun surprise for the kids. Neighborhood was quiet and not far from theme parks. Would definitely visit here again.

3 week Villa stay

The villa itself was lovely it was clean modern looking and spacious. The only letdown was the patio furniture as it was made with a sort of rattan, most of the chairs were falling to pieces it was scratchy on our backs and not very comfortable.

Thank you Beverly for choosing to stay in our family vacation home. we are glad to hear you found the home clean, modern & spacious. We did notice that after your stay the patio dining chairs had become damaged and as a consequence we have now replaced the 6 outside chairs. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Steve

Family Vacation

The property offers great amenities through the HOA with access to a very nice playground near the club house, a water park and gym. The house was very roomy and clean at arrival. The game room was a bit more suited for adults than young kids however our little ones loved the Disney theme within their rooms. pm and host were very responsive.

Perfect family vacation

We had a wonderful stay in this villa and I highly recommend. The villa is true to the photos, very comfortable and was a good size for our family of 6 adults. The games room was a huge hit! We cooked most evenings and had food delivered on those we didn’t, as we didn’t feel the need to leave the comfort of our temporary home after a busy day at the parks. Great communication with the owner. Many thanks!

Thank you for choosing our family vacation home for your own family vacation. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the home and were able to have fun and relax by making use of the games room after a busy day at the nearby parks. We too particularly like the quieter & secure golf course community and enjoy family competitions of ping pong or fussball in the games room. You were wonderful guests and we hope you return again soon. Thank you.

Heel goed!

Great time!

Our family enjoyed the home very much. Waking up to go from PJs to swimsuit after waking up was great! There was plenty of room for the 9 of us. It was clean and spacious. We had only one issue, it was really warm in the upstairs bedrooms at night. We are looking forward to do this again!

Disappointment

The pictures are misleading, the house was smaller than expected. The kitchen floor was sticky and the freezer was dirty when we checked in. The ac in 2 of the bedrooms didn't work well. There were roaches on the kitchen counter, in the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen. There was even one crawling on my daughter in her bed upstairs. We were so disappointed. For the amount of money I paid, I expected much more!! I told the management about this amd nothing was done or offered! Terrible and disappointing

From the onset it was obvious our family Vaction home was not a good fit for Kittie. The booking was for 4 adults and 1 child. Security advised there were many more people coming and going from our family vacation home than had been registered. Due to the tropical conditions of Florida we recommend guests keep the home clean. Unfortunately this guest did not keep the home clean. Pest control is carried out regularly. On inspection of the home after Kittie had checked out we found soiled bedsheets and missing bed sheets, soiled towels & garbage overflowing from the bins in the bathrooms. 7 extra bags of garbage were removed from the home and the bathroom sink was blocked with soil. The AC was found working correctly once air vents were opened in 2 bedrooms and is monitored 24/7. Management attended to Kitties request for a new mop and report of sticky floor and fridge. All were found to be clean. Unfortunately we are not able to recommend this guest to other hosts.

Best rental we’ve ever had.

Stayed at 4 different other rentals over the last 4 years and this one has been the best by far. Pool was warm even if it was a little cool out. Beds were comfortable and the house was quiet. None of doors, floors or beds squeezed. Only trouble I had was when I told the kids they had to go home.
