Beautiful Rancho Pacifica home designed to frame point-to-point ocean views from Point Sal to Port San Luis. Spacious single family home 2,266 square feet, this multi-level home flows downhill, taking full advantage of panoramic ocean views from almost every room.

At entry level is an enclosed garage, guest suite and office. Up a few steps the main living level with two spacious living areas, a formal dining area and chef kitchen, all with breath taking panoramic ocean views. Step out to the large patio balcony and savor the warm sunshine and gentle ocean breezes. The kitchen has a large center island, granite counters and quality appliances. Open to the kitchen is a cozy sitting room with TV that opens to the backyard patio and entertaining area.

Just off the Living Room is an elegantly appointed master suite with private backyard patio entrance. A glass enclosed walk-in shower and a jetted soaking tub opens onto a landscaped backyard with unobstructed mountain views.

Too many amenities to list: Unobstructed ocean views, quiet neighborhood, forced air and heating, manicured landscaping, professionally decorated, well stocked and ready to move in.This is not a pet friendly property. No Smokers. Best suited for a couple or professional needing 1-3 month rental needs.

We traveled by road from the east coast to the west, on a long delayed post pandemic road trip. We live on the eastern shore and are very familiar with coastal scenes and towns, but we will never forget the scenes on the west coast, and especially from this house! Unobstructed views out the many windows overlooking the Pacific, and hiking the nearby Pismo Preserve will always remain etched in our minds.The Seven Sisters Team is top notch professional and attended to any needs we had. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and the Seven Sisters agency!
