This property was great for a long weekend getaway. Very clean, nice location, and the hot tub was a nice way to wind down after a day of exploring the area. Would highly recommend.

Cabin needs deep cleaning. Closet in bottom bed very dirty old rubber boots in closet and just dirty. Pile of doors to be installed and old chair obviously for the trash left on porch. Was not all bad back deck with hot tub very nice. Quiet area. Too much said about toilet tissue. Just a good supply of paper products should not be too much to ask. Lots of light switches should be labeled as well as tv instructions would be helpful.

Had a wonderful stay at the property, off the beaten path but not too far out. Quiet with a great view. Plenty of wildlife. Well equipped kitchen. We'd go back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Moonshine Manor . We had a flock of turkeys come through every day and saw deer each day. However be extremely careful of the stairs going up to the second floor. The thread width is only 8.75 inches and it caused me to fall. Luckily I was only on the fourth step when I fell backwards. Be careful!

We just spent four days in this beautiful cabin and couldn't have asked for a better place. The cabin was so clean and stocked with anything and everything we could have possibly needed while we were there. Upon arrival, I found a TV in the loft area that the picture wasn't working on; I reported it, and although we could have made it without that one since we had a few others to watch, the host took it upon themselves to bring a new one and leave it by the door to make sure we had one. My son absolutely loved the fishing ponds and spent a lot of time there; the best part was that the neighborhood was a very quiet place with very little traffic, so he could fish while we sat on the porch relaxing. The hot tub, on top of the exquisite scenery and relaxation, was a bonus. This place was perfect for what we were looking for, and we definitely plan on returning again.

Amazing stay

Really peaceful location, only a short drive to amenities. Beautiful scenery and everything you could need in the cabin. Melissa was really great when we needed help. We really enjoyed our stay and it made our holiday perfect.

Wonderful visit, very cozy and comfortable. Loved the decor, the selection of DVDs and the books. The layout was great. Enjoyed the fishing pond and the back deck. Would definitely stay again! The host was quick to respond and very nice. We would bring our own firm pillows next time.

Perfect get-away

We had the best time at this cabin. It's peaceful and quiet and so close to town, yet seems out away from everything. If you want to get away from the chaos of the world, this is the place to go!

Perfect quiet mountain family retreat!

This cabin had everything we were looking for: outdoor area, fishing, hot tub, surrounded by nature, fire pit. It was very clean and the property manager was very prompt to respond. We LOVED Moonshine Manor.
