This property is a gorgeous custom home, located just steps away from the sand and beach, with 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and 3 decks. Two car garage. There is parking for at least 3 cars. Bedroom #1 is a master with Cal king bed, spa bath tub, walk in shower, Big screen tv and it own deck. Bedroom #2 is also a master with a King bed, fireplace, bathroom with walk in shower, Big screen tv and its own patio. Bed #3 has two full size beds, big screen tv and adjoining bath with walk in shower. Master chef kitchen with commercial appliances, huge counter that seats 6. Large living room with big screen tv and large view deck. Roof top deck has great 360 degree views. a fire pit, gas grill, prep counter and sink.. The house is equipped with high speed internet and wifi. Ping pong table and outdoor shower. there is no hot tub. Due to stairs and outdoor decks children should always be closely supervised.

This house is much better than pictured. Very well equipped and a few steps away from the beach. Excellent service and with the perfect space for us to spread out and still gather as desired. Great stay! great home!

Overall everything was smooth! Some room ceiling fans were not cleaned (ceiling fans had dust caked on that shown ample time not being dusted). There were crumbs leftover on the kitchen counter and cutting board. Great location and would recommend otherwise

Wonderful stay

This property is well furnished, spacious and just perfect for family or a gathering of friends on Ocean Dunes/Pismo Beach area. With the view, steps from the beach, and multiple fireplaces and well appointed kitchen it was very enjoyable for our entire family.

Amazing location with great aesthetics!

This was one of the best places I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. The furniture and layout of the living room is nice, the kitchen is huge, bathrooms are unique, comfortable bedrooms and an amazing upper balcony. Five minute drive to good food and other places to have fun. Would stay again 10/10.

Large, clean, safe well equipped.

7 of us stayed over a 3 day weekend. Short drive to downtown of 3 cities. 2 levels plus rooftop balcony. My family had a great time here with large modern kitchen and extra large living/ great room. Parking for 2 large vehicles and a 3rd smaller. Ping pong table in garage, huge flat screen and multiple patios. Dustan was great. We do recommend for patries of 6-8 families, companies or young adults.

Great home by the beach

This property was very clean and spacious. It was perfect for a family weekend near pismo beach. Dustan was very responsive to all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable. He even accommodated our group with an early check in request and was available anytime by text. The family room area is so large and perfect for a weekend getaway with the family. We enjoyed the rooftop firepit at night while roasting s'mores. The location is perfect- about 10 min from pismo beach where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. We were there to attend a white coat ceremony in arroyo grande and the location made it so convenient... I'm looking forward to booking this home again when it comes time for graduation.

Great house & location, needs photo update

Great house. property manager was thorough and prompt with communication. Cleanliness and accommodations were great. The photos need to be updated, as one on the roof shows a hot tub. This was a primary attraction to booking. Upon arrival, the hot tub is no longer there. After looking at the listing, it is clear that a sentence was added in the details to explain that there is not hot tub. This was easily overlooked. The error is on our part for not reading every detail in the listing. But the photos need to be updated too. This was a significant disappointment.

This home is beautiful and wonderful place to relax and enjoy with friends or family. We really enjoyed our stay there and the house seemed to have everything you could need. The only downfall is if you are looking for a spot to hang out on the beach that part was kind of difficult because the beach that is close allows vehicles on it. That kind of made it difficult for little ones to play but a beautiful beach and great location.

We really enjoy our stay at this property, is a beautiful home. The house was real clean and just steps from the ocean plus the view from the balcony and the roof top were amazing. We will definitely will try to stay there again.

Interior of house is as clean as possible, given it's proximity to the beach and sand. The location is excellent -- quiet, yet minutes from the sand. FYI-- You can't walk to downtown. Our family of 7 loved the large and modern kitchen. We didn't use the rooftop area much cuz of the bird droppings. We would give this home 5 stars if the exterior (bird poop on roof and side walkway) was cleaner.

Clean house but know beach

This property is a new house with nice detail inside. The ocean views as described includes an essential climb up a ladder on the rooftop. The lovely large family/living room with beautiful large windows looks out on a lovely dilapidated house. The beach is steps away to a continuous parade of all terrain vehicles and large vehicles transporting these vehicles.
