It has a private enclosed garden and a south-west facing terrace where you can enjoy the garden furniture available to you.

At less than 800 m you have access to the BAC, which ensures the crossing to get to the city center, you dock directly to the walled city, fortified city of the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries, with its shops and restaurants.
At 500 m from the apartment, you can stroll along the coastal paths of the GR34 footpath and admire the beautiful views of the bay.
