*Minimum age to rent is 25

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Beautiful Beach View

The property was so close to the beach and had a beautiful beach view. The rooms were beautifully furnished and it was very peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

Great place to stay great location!

Overall, this was an awesome place to stay! However, the sliding glass door was hard to open and close, and there was no way to lock it. Also, the beds were extremely uncomfortable other than that everything was perfect.

Destin getaway

Great place! Convenient to beach and stores. This place had plenry of room and a great view. I do recommend to owners to have a little more pots/pans to cook with. Water pressure was really low in kitchen sink and master bath shower. Other than that we would stay here again

Nice condo

We had a nice family vacation. The condo was clean but we have trouble navigating from the condo to the beach because all the codes we were given didn’t work. Thankfully other guests shared their code so we could get to and from the beach.

Wonderful

We had to move to this house due to construction on our reserved condo, and this was a wonderful surprise. This home had peaceful and open gathering spaces, was a close golf cart ride to the beach, and had access to a resort quality pool. We enjoy cooking our own meals, and the kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed to prepare food. The decor was inspiring and peaceful. The layout of the home was great for a larger group (we had 8). You could spend time together while also having spaces to take a break and enjoy some time alone. This was by far one our favorite places we’ve stayed together over the years, especially with the fireplace and cozy porches. The grill was also nice to use throughout the week. We hope to come back.

The communication between property was amazing when we had an issues with the patio door not shutting. We also tried calling several times to request a late check out but never got a call back. Some of the gates didn’t work with out codes all of the time but this condo is nothing short of amazing and perfect for a family vacation for all ages! The pool and surrounding areas and clean and very well kept. The condo itself was kept very cool upon arrival and spotless. Thanks again! I am booking a trip next summer!

Second time...

Love this location and property. 2 years in a row here. Be aware, that the beach access, while convenient, has very little space for those without property on the beach. Most is now reserved by the beach properties. There's now security guards asking for proof you're part of the correct HOA. We snuck to some prime spots early to make sure we weren't caught. Other than that issue...all awesome.

Most other areas were good as well. We checked the windows to make sure they locked but the one which is right next to the walking exterior hall way would not lock. We notified the manager and the next day they secured it with a piece of wood so it couldn’t be opened from outside. One other item. The directions said you must put the parking passes in your car windshield but even after a few calls to them we never received the passes. So we put a note in our vehicles with the unit number and dates of stay.

Needs a deep clean

Location was great. Close to many restaurants, shopping and short walk to beach. But, the condo and the complex itself are in need of a deep clean. The floors were dirty, bathrooms dirty looking. The corners, baseboards and all window and sliding door walls were in need of major dusting and cleaning. The space could benefit from a nice paint job, and deep deep clean. Far too many dirty and dingy decorative pillows. We welcomed to a dirty old welcome mat and dirty front door. I would highly recommend taking this space out of commission and giving it a refresh. Had friends that also stayed who felt the same about their space, in the same complex. Property managers were communicative so I would use them again but not this condo complex.
