The location of this spot is hard to beat. The apartment itself and the amenities are great. Had a very difficult check-in and check-out process and it was hard to get a quick response, especially from just one person (email signature in response suggested it could be days before I’d receive a response). The marche des enfants rouge tragically burned down during our stay, which was steps from our front window, and the host never reached out to confirm all was well. I’d recommend this neighborhood and apartment, just not the host.

Well located flat.

This is a fine place to stay if you’re young, short and steady on your feet. It’s a strange layout with low ceilings and potentially treacherous stairs. The location was good. We walk a lot normally so we walked everywhere rather than taking the Metro. The Louvre was about 30 minutes on foot. The check in process is very dated as the owner needs to meet you there to let you in and she showed up an hour late.
