The hosts were very welcoming. A few things arose and I was able to communicate the issues to the hosts with a timely response. We loved the room and amenities. Great location and within walking distance to many places. The employees are most gracious, kind and helpful! I hope we would be welcomed back as we would love to return here.

Had an awesome time. Competent, friendly staff, well cared for grounds, very nice accommodations and warm water in the pool. Will definitely stay at Nayri again!

Perfect location

Loved the beach access with recliner’s & umbrellas, pool & snack bar for drinks. AC in bedrooms & main room. Lots of security. Everything very clean inside condo & grounds. Easy walk to plaza/ el centro. So many great restaurants all within a few blocks. Karen’s restaurant next door perfect for breakfast. Fun night dancing at Jax.

Absolutely perfect Bucerias stay

Great central location (near shops and flea market, restaurants and taxis right out the front door to go anywhere you need to.). Pool area was so nice with its own bar and food. Awesome to be right on the beach for walks, sunsets and horseback riding. The concierge team and staff were so gracious and kind. Condo itself was clean and very comfortable. Would absolutely plan to stay here again!

Nayri Ocean Unit 103 was very nice. You cannot beat the location. The pool is gorgeous and it was so nice to walk out of our first floor unit, onto our lovely covered patio, and only have a few feet to the beach. The staff/security at the place were all very welcoming and kind. The care of the exterior of the property showed the genuine love of the workers each day. We did have an issue with one of the TV remotes upon arrival. A maintenance guy showed up in the early morning the day after we arrived to resolve this issue. The only other issue was getting a response regarding a later check out time the day of our departure. I called the property manager's number ... several times and even sent an email but never heard back from anyone. As it turns out ... no one arrived to bother us or ask us to depart earlier than we planned so all was "OK" ... I just would have preferred a confirmation from my email. All of us appreciated the fact that we could walk to multiple restaurants/shops. We also felt completely safe in our surroundings. This is a lovely boutique condominium with very attentive staff on site. We would visit again and highly recommend. Thanks for a relaxing & wonderful stay.

The staff is excellent. So kind and professional. I also liked that it’s a smaller property with owners and renters. The room itself is huge but there’s no view and the windows face a blank wall. It’s a very convenient room to get to the pool and beach but it’s a tad closterphobic sitting on the deck. That being said, can’t beat the location.

Bucerias

The location to all restaurants and shops was ideal. The amenities of the property were great - pool area, food area etc. All the staff were super friendly. The negative was it took the property company 5 days to fix the dryer and we never had a working oven. We were told we would have one cleaning a week and we didn’t get a cleaning the second week. The couches and rugs were filthy. Owner should update.

Amazing Place - odd property manager experience/service

The condo is great. Nice and new, great location, huge kitchen for entertaining. Building is great, warm pool, hottub, little bar/restaurant just for guests, great staff. The management/guest experience leaves a little to be desired. First the good, the property manager allowed us early access to the condo to put our bags away while it was being cleaned for our arrival. However, we were given one door key. Not ideal for a family stay. The lock is not a unique one, and cutting a key would be about 1.50 US and for the high nightly rate of the condo, a few sets of keys would be more appropriate. We asked for a key or FOB to the building and were told there isn't one, there is 24 hour security/concierge. Odd, but that's ok, we got to know the staff pretty quick and got in the building with no issues beside not having an access card. On day 2, the gate to the beach was locked. there is a key pad, but we were provided no code. Getting back from the beach to building became a hassle. A security guard told us there is a key card we need. Ok, get in touch with property manager, they don't know of any key card needed and don't have one (odd, they manage several units in the building). Walk to property management office, ask in person for a key card and say it is not acceptable to being paying for beach front and not have access to the beach. they rummage around for a key and say they can't find one.this went on for days

This unit was beautiful and spacious. The pool area was fantastic. Right on the beach with access in and out. The living area could be shared with outdoor patio area in a unique way that could make it feel like your whole living room was outside. Direct access to the pool area from the back patio was fantastic. I loved it and will recommend it to others.

Nayri 103

We feel that we were deceived and paid far over the market for the unit. The online photos were not accurate, they were photos taken prior to the unit being stripped of decor, propane hookup for the BBQ, large screen TV in the master bedroom and proper king sized bedding for the master bed (queen bedding was in place that did not fit), not to mention many other smaller items normally included to start your stay. All towels were still being laundered for bath bathrooms even though we waited until 30 minutes after the check in time. The unit itself is basically the worst location in the complex (no view and next to the electric gate entrance to the parking garage) but yet we were paying top dollar as if we were ocean front/view. Five days into our 7 night stay we finally had a tv installed and propane so that we could use the BBQ as well as proper bedding. On-site the staff was excellent and the complex is very nice and well located, but we would never stay in this unit again. Not once were we offered any discount for the issues noted, thus we continue to feel deceived by the owner

Quick 3 day stay at Nayri 103

We enjoyed our stay at the Nayri - everyone was friendly and helpful. The location on the same street as the entrance to Karen's made it very convenient if you wanted to pop in quick for some food or drinks. The thing I enjoyed about this place the most is the location (right on the ocean and close to "China" and the Centro bars and restaurants) and the bartender/cook at the pool bar - quick food and quality drinks as you sit in the sun or shade watching the whales and the kite surfers. We were in Room 103 which was on the ground floor next to the access road so sometimes we got some car alarm or back-up beeping from the trucks delivering to Karen's but not a big deal. Also another thing you don't think about which is usually a pain in Bucerias is the location of the taxi stand. No problem here, it's right at the end of the street! Will be back!
