Ashore Villa

This spacious 5 bedroom, 4 full, and 2 half bath home is perfect for family vacations! Home features 8 flat screen TV’s, fully stocked kitchen, game room with pool table, hook & ring game, retro arcade games and 65 inch TV, back yard with in-ground pool, 4 person Jacuzzi, tiki bar, ping pong table, gas grill, groovy outside shower and deck overlooking the golf course. Home sits on the 7th green and is located just 5 blocks to the beach. This is the perfect vacation home for the beach, golf, and nightlife of Atlantic City, which is less than 10 minutes away! Fully stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrella, pool toys, 5 complimentary beach tags (kids under 12 do not need beach tags) & bikes to tour the island.

This home is perfect for entertaining but is not a party house. No bachelor or bachelorette parties. This vacation rental is for families only.

Pool and hot tub open May 1st. Pool closes in October. Hot tub closes in November.

The house was amazing for our sweet 16 trip . The whole house was perfect for us and the host was very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi . The girls had fun in the game room as well . Overall great house and really enjoyed our stay .

Great place to stay!

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend golfing in the area. The pool and hot tub were perfect and just what we needed before and after golf rounds.

Ashore Villa

Absolutely great property to stay at . The hpuse was very clean when we arrived . Back yard is great for kids . Kept them busy all week . Definitely recommend staying here !

Great vacation

With the exception of the pool not being cleaned for the first three days we were there we definitely enjoyed the house. It was a short ride to the beach and the fact that the bikes were there made for things very nice

Sorry about the pool issues. Since your stay we replaced the liner & switched over to salt water so the pool is practically brand new.

Great Space

Awesome pool and hot tub with lots of games and places to relax. The outdoor balcony is great. Kitchen area is very large. Make sure you bring towels and sheets as none are provided and bring toilet paper and paper towels as well.

Overall a nice place!

All in all we had a 5 star experience. The back patio, pool and deck were great to have and it was fun to watch people play golf in the backyard. The owner was communicative and accessible. Only minor drawbacks were that the pool wasn't completely filled until our second day there and we had to bring all of our own linens. Other than that, the property met our expectations.

Location was excellent, the space was well-appointed and we had no issues with the facility or the host. It is very spacious with plenty of dishes/utensils and worked out well for our group of 10. Would have given 5 stars but there were no bath towels (that I could find), toilet paper was a bit limited (at least one of the restrooms didn't have it) and the paper towel situation was similar. Minor inconveniences, that may have been an oversight. I would just check to be sure!

Ashore Villa

The pictures say it all. There is plenty of space for everyone and the house is spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen is stocked. Plenty of everything. The outside has plenty of seating for everyone. The arcade and pool room will keep everyone happy. The pool and jacuzzi was the star for us!! Our grandchildren didn't want to go the beach. The pool house is full of toys. There are seven bikes, I think. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay We look forward to going back. Your host Dennis has excellent communication and takes pride in his property.

Lots of space!

The house is spacious with plenty of parking. Lots of outdoor living in the back of the house. In a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. Not too far from the beach. The five bedrooms accommodated our family nicely, especially the kitchen area. Nice updates since the last time we stayed here under different owners. It had everything we needed supplied in the kitchen, except for kitchen linens. Dennis was prompt with replies when I had questions. The one thing that was disappointing was the pool. Although it is a great size and all toys were supplied, it was green the whole time we were there. We used it and the kids loved it, but it wasn’t like our pool at home. All in all a great home for a larger family.
