L'arrivée a été catastrophique. Tout était crasseux, draps avec tâches de sang, non changés, des toiles d'araignée et de la poussière, des miettes partout, une salle de bains et des WC impratiquables... Accueil du propriétaire par téléphone lamentable, menaces immédiates d'avocat pour un simple constat de crasse évidente via photos et vidéo... Il remet en doute ses hôtes de façon abusive et très dure à encaisser.devoir quitter les lieux sans réserve le soir même était inacceptable avec un enfant en plus.

Bonjour,
Votre récit est inexact, voire diffamatoire.
Vous avez indiqué le lundi que « l’appartement est très agréable et propre ». Le vendredi , vous demandiez s’il était possible de rester jusqu’au mardi.
Notre femme de ménage n’avait pas fait son travail le dimanche, suite au passage des précédents vacanciers, sans rien nous dire, ce que vous n’avez pas voulu entendre.
Nous avons proposé de vous rembourser intégralement votre location, ce que vous avez refusé.
Nous vous avons fourni les draps et le linge propres nécessaires pour votre première nuit du dimanche soir. Nous sommes venus sur place dès le lundi matin à 10h30. Le ménage complet et soigné a été fait dès le lundi matin.
La première nuitée vous a été remboursée.
Vous nous avez dit avoir sur réagi sur l’incident, étant fatigué.
L’incident aurait dû être clos.

Excellent emplacement en face de la plage des Minimes, pas trop bondée en ce mois de juillet. À quelques minutes à pied de l’arrêt du bus de mer qui vous ramène au centre-ville de La Rochelle en une vingtaine de minutes de traversée très agréable. Quelques restaurants, une boulangerie, une supérette et plusieurs glaciers sont situés à proximité immédiate. Tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de belles vacances !L’appartement est agréable, la vue depuis la fenêtre du séjour est vraiment superbe et le séjour est confortable.Le seul point à prendre en considération : la cuisine est très petite. Elle convient pour préparer un petit déjeuner, des sandwichs ou des pâtes, mais cela devient vite compliqué si vous souhaitez vraiment cuisiner pour toute la famille.À part cela, c’est une très bonne location que je recommande sans hésiter.

Bonjour Madame,
Nous précisons que dans la cuisine (qui n’est ni une kitchenette ni une cuisine américaine), il y a un plan de travail de 1,40 mx 0,60 cm plus le retour, une plaque vitrocéramique 2 feux (nous notons que vous auriez souhaité une 3-4 feux), un lave vaisselle, deux fours, un lave linge séchant, un grand frigo, un évier avec large égouttoir, 3 placards hauts, un placard sous évier, un billot roulant, une cocotte minute, une poêle à poisson, une poêle sauteuse, des poêles ordinaires, des casseroles, des plats à fours…Etc qui permettent de cuisiner normalement des plats variés au quotidien.
