Spacious studio of 32 m2 with terrace of 10 m2, facing West in one of the most beautiful residences in Nice, Les Belles Terres.
Sunny, bright, quiet, open view (5th floor), this "high-end" studio is remarkable for its comfort and its decoration.
Impeccable condition, with taste and design, it gives a cozy and luxury feeling like in a high-end hotel
Fully equipped American-style kitchen.
Comfortable bathroom with walk-in shower.
Comfort by reversible air conditioning.
The residence is secure with a guard 24/24 and 7/7. The park is splendid and extensive (30,000 m2).
The swimming pool is majestic and secured by a lookout. The swimming pool card costs €50/week/person in summer. From mid-September to April, it's free!
In the middle of the central swimming pool, a Club House for lunch and dinner 9 months a year from April to October.
A tennis court is also available, as well as a gym, two bowling greens, a basketball game, etc.
A garage parking space if necessary in the basement
