This three story property sits on the edge of Dollar Point, which is less than a four mile drive into downtown Tahoe City. Being so close in proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, and retail shops, this home's location is perfect for a quick trip to grab what you need during your vacation. Take a day trip in the winter to any of the 4 neighboring mountain resorts as close as 9 to 15 miles door to door. With a fireplace to come home to and warm up after playing in the snow, this mountain home is the perfect place to call home base.
This spacious three story lakefront property can accommodate 10 people, making it a perfect fit for two families looking to enjoy the best attributes of staying in Lake Tahoe. The top floor features the kitchen with bar seating and a dining room connecting the living room with stunning south facing views of Lake Tahoe. The living room opens up to overlooking views of the lake from the back deck. Here you will find a grill and an outdoor space to entertain, which is nestled behind an old pine tree. There are a variety of sleeping arrangements on the middle and bottom floor that are suitable for both adults and kids. The 5 bedroom accommodations (one with 2 twins and the other with 4 bunk beds) has a great variety of options for sleeping arrangements.
