Boasting a prime location only 150 feet from a low bank sandy beach, an easy walk to Iceberg Point, and just a short drive to enjoy the beauty and hike around Watmough Bay, this bayfront two-story home is a dream come true for outdoor enthusiasts and families alike! Admire amazing views from every window - seals and otters playing in the water can be easily seen from this retreat. There is also plenty of birdwatching opportunities. Enjoy your meals alfresco at the picnic table in the yard and spend relaxing times chatting on the front deck furnished with plenty of comfortable deck chairs.
Inside, a sunny living area awaits with comfortable furniture throughout and terrific bay views - it's conveniently warmed by a gas stove. The adjoining full kitchen is completely equipped with all stainless steel appliances and a three-person island. More formal meals can take place at the nearby four-person dining table. There is another living area upstairs with unbelievable views of the bay, plenty of sofas (including two recliners), and a flatscreen TV.

Outdoor beach toys, one kayak, and two life vests are available for guest use.
There are children’s games, toys, and books, baby gates, booster seat, and Pack N' Play available.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
