Loved my stay here. The property was gorgeous, and perfectly located on a fairly quiet street right near plenty of restaurants.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
We had a great time in Indy. Clint was a great host, and a very quick communicator. It was so great to be able to walk to dinner and take in the museums and cultural sites. Highly recommended property!
The property was great, a beautiful old building. The kitchen had all we needed including pots and pans, a toaster and coffee and creamer available. There was also a washer/dryer. Every reason to stay here rather than a hotel.
It was a busy and short trip for us so we didnt spend much time inside the unit but everything was great. It had everything we needed. Was easy to navigate too but parking was a little tough on the evening but we were able to find a space close enough to the building. It was perfect for our ttriphours
We loved everything about our stay and we were there for several weeks. The neighborhood is lovely and just steps from Mass Avenue which is lively and fun. The house is comfortable and everything is in good working order. The house is amply supplied with all that we needed and the check-in process and the ongoing communication was easy. We are already missing our time there and will look forward to returning.
This is a fantastic location for Bottleworks, Mass Ave, and downtown. The area is very active with everything you need close by. The unit is pretty large and accommodating. Bed was comfy, bedroom was nice and dark at night, and shower was great. I hope I am able to stay here again on my next visit. I Thi k I have a new favorite.
We had a holiday weekend of business activities in the Bottleworks District and this property was in the perfect location. Great house, nice amenities and awesome communication. Hope to stay again.
The property is in good shape and it was easy to follow instructions to check in and out. The Renter made things easy. I would not hesitate to rent this property again.
Categories of overall, cleanliness, house, rules, and finally communications. Stars to these categories. I am going to put the four star overall ranking down to some confusion about four and five star hotels. That’s totally different, but it’s a very common misconception. We expect to be rated on what you chose not compared to the four seasons. But all is well. If I were being ranked against all hotels in the classic formation of through five star type hotels, I would very much appreciate a four star rating on that scale. So Cheers to Michael for this review. Come back and stay.
About the host
Hosted by Clint Price
As a plugged in purveyor of all that is essential Indy, a foodie, a boozie, lover of sports and the music scene it’s natural that I’ve developed a revenue stream where my experience and insight can be an asset. This stream has become my passion and forward vector for me. I’ve enjoyed hosting now for over five years and believe my curation of design, art and amenities choices are truly relatable to most guests. No preparation, cleaning or turnover is done without my direct supervision as I don’t believe that quality can be achieved by contracting these “crucial to the guest” services.
