This newly renovated, 1 Bedroom/1 Bath cabin with sleeping loft in the Blue Ridge Mountains is the perfect spot for your next mountain getaway! Community amenities and located close to skiing, hiking, shops, and restaurants.

The living room features a 50¨ Smart TV/cable with lots of comfortable seating including a large couch and swivel chair to kick back and relax.

The beautiful kitchen is fully stocked with your basic cooking needs such as T-Fal cookware, drip coffee maker, dishware, flatware and full size stove, refrigerator and dishwasher.

The cozy bedroom features a king size bed and 32¨ Smart TV with full closet and dresser.

The sleeping loft with two twin beds is accessed by ladder from the living room. While the cabin is equipped with two Mitsubishi Mini-splits, the loft can feel a bit warmer than other areas of the cabin on warmer days- there is a tower fan in the loft to help cool.

The bathroom features a brand new walk in shower and vanity. The stackable washer/dryer is located in the bathroom with laundry detergent provided for guests.

Unwind on the covered deck equipped with a a gas grill, glider loveseat, rocking chairs, and outdoor dining table.

Parking: Convenient parking with easy one step access to the covered doorway. Gravel driveway will accommodate two vehicles.

Community Amenities: Land Harbor beach and lake access, outdoor pool, hiking trails, golf, tennis, and fishing (A fishing license must be obtained through Land Harbors POA office or the police department in addition to your North Carolina fishing license).

One Night Stay

My wife, 2 kids and I really enjoyed our night in this property. We were in the mountains for a short weekend stay and this place worked out perfect. The kids loved the loft area with the two twin beds! Very clean and would stay here again.

Hidden Gem!

My husband and I booked the Little Jack cabin for a long weekend getaway. I cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay at Matt and Catherine’s property! The cozy 3-room home had all we needed; it was meticulously clean, featured new appliances and furnishings, and the decor was HGTV-worthy. Ten minutes after we arrived, I wanted my own Little Jack! Both Matt and Catherine were extremely communicative, but never intrusive. They provided clear instructions on how to find the house since GPS isn’t exactly accurate. Check-in was simple, and we were kept well-informed during a period of heavy rain that could have potentially forced authorities to close the road. Thank you, Matt & Catherine for sharing your beautiful hideaway. We are truly so glad we found this amazing cabin, and are looking forward to an opportunity to stay again! The only thing I would want to point out for anyone thinking about staying (besides— DO IT!) is that the bathroom did not have a tub, in case you have children. However, this was not a dealbreaker for us.

We fell in love with Linville Land Harbor. When we found " Little Jack" we knew it was the perfect house for us! We thoughtfully renovated the house so that we can hopefully enjoy it for years to come. We love the covered deck, spacious bedroom and the cozy loft. We also love walking the trails, fishing in the river (LLH License required) and exploring the neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Little Jack is a fresh, bright and new house. The large ceilings and cozy furniture make it a perfect retreat! cooking is always fun with the full size appliances and nice deck area to grill.
