Property is on Country Club Blvd and close to Cape Coral Center and all other conscience, super markets and shopping areas in 10 min any direction. - Feel free to bring your boat, from the dock it is easy 7 min drive out to river which leads to Gulf, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. - Ft Myers Beach also close by, and Ft Myers Downtown for festivities just over the bridge. - You will have a comfortable and enjoyable living in this property with all amenities of SW Florida near by. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn AC back to 81 degrees Fahrenheit and please turn off all ceiling fans.
Take out trash and please pull bins to the street.
Look doors and please return key to lock box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great neighborhood all arounds, easy access to downtown and quick canal access to river for boating. Close by everything in each direction on Country Club Blvd.
