Beautiful and comfortable three bedroom, two bath, beach house located in family friendly Oceanside Village, a 180 acre gated, beachside community with gorgeous lakes and swimming pools.

It is a quick 4 minute walk to the beach or an even quicker 2 minute car or golf cart ride in a lovely neighborhood! At the beach, you will have access to a private parking lot which includes an outdoor shower and a rest room.

Master bedroom - King bed, 42' flat panel cable TV, ceiling fan, and private bath
Second bedroom- Queen bed, 32' flat panel cable TV
Third bedroom - Single over Full bed, 32' flat panel cable TV
Den - Leather sofa, ceiling fan. You'll want to bring your favorite Blue Ray or DVD to take advantage of the surround sound home theater system connected to the wall mounted 65' flat panel TV.
We have wireless broadband internet for those who just can't leave the laptop at home.
Kitchen is fully equipped for a light meal, or something more adventuresome. The granite countertops and ceramic tile makes for easy clean up and elegant entertaining.

The side deck is for sunning and the front screened porch with 3 rockers is a great place to relax.

After a day at the beach, use the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water to knock the sand off.

This home is conveniently located near shopping, entertainment shows, restaurants, and golf (Tupelo Bay golf course right across the street). Rents Saturday to Saturday. Please bring your own bed, bath linens and paper products. No smoking, please.

Only families with head of household over 25 are accepted. IDs will be checked upon arrival.

SECURITY: Exterior mounted cameras are in use to provide security of the property and guests.

Great all in one place

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is laid out great. Great space for family eating. The resort has easy access to pool and a great outdoor pool. There are so many things to do. We will definitely be coming back. The only drawback to this home was the amount of cleaning needed before checkout, only to have the cleaning crew show up as we left.

Great location in Oceanside Village

We enjoyed our week long stay at the property. It was a great location, just a few streets away from the community pool and a short walk/golf cart ride to the beach. Communication with Tim was great. We had one issue during our stay (self induced) and Tim responded right away and took care of the issue. The master bed was a little firm for our liking but there was plenty of room, the kitchen had what we needed to make meals and the property was what we needed for our family. It was another great vacation week to Oceanside Village and Surfside Beach.

Spacious Home awesome pools

The stay was great! Nice outdoor porch great for all your sandy things. Golf cart was a great addition to getting around in the community. Everything worked nicely. Wish it had a highchair avalable but we made it work. If you have littles inder 3 I'd recommend trying to keep them off the bar chairs they tip easily. Also plenty of cleaning supplys but still had to keep my one year old out of the cabinets. The pools are a lot of fun but sometimes there isnt alot of room to swim and its only 3-4 feet deep. But the kiddie pools and splash pad were great!!! We loved our stay!! Just note cleaning the home isn't included you clean it yourself or pay an additional fee.

Perfect Getaway

The house is extremely spacious and a home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked and makes it easy to have home cooked meals. Having a golf cart is an added bonus. Made it easy to get around while in the village. You could go to beach, indoor pool, outdoor pool, or just ride around and enjoy the beautiful scenery and feed the geese. It was very relaxing enjoying a cup of coffee while sitting on the porch. This is definitely a home worth renting if have a nice and relaxing vacation.

Great location

We were pleased with the property overall. Parking was among the best we’ve had at Oceanside Village, golf cart was a plus, screened in porch was a nice touch, numerous hoses to rinse off outside were helpful. The only inconvenient thing for our group was the layout of the bedrooms. The two bedrooms intended for adults were connected by a door that could not be locked, while the kids room (with bunk beds) was on the other side of the house. This created privacy issues for adults while separating small children from parents. Also, in the room with the queen bed, space was very limited and the bed was against the wall, making it difficult for two adults to get in the bed. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the layout of the house and the responsiveness of the owner.

beach trip

location was excellent. very quiet area and golf cart was a nice way to get to the beach we enjoyed our stay host had detailed directions about everything but we did have trouble with the t.vs place does need a good cleaning and maintenance. We cleaned a few ceiling fans heavy dust on blades. air filters dirty and floor registers. filter in refrigerator needs replacing. light over stove is out. master bed needs to be tightened or oiled. squeaks really loud when getting in and out of. master bath sink slow to drain.

July Vacay

Had a great time at the house. Having the golf cart made it all worth while and doable from home to beach to pool or wherever. We never figured out the TV, but didn’t need it anyways. Communication with owner/manager was easy and check in simple. Thanks for having us and hopefully we will be able to return again.

Wonderful Getaway

We were here with our two children and it was perfect for our family. The golf cart made it easy for us to get to the beach quickly. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. The house was safe and tidy. It was large enough to fit more people (there were only four of us). Tim was very helpful and easy to get a hold of when needed. We hope to come back for a visit again!

The perfect place

This rental was everything that was described plus more. The home is very open and welcoming. Love the layout. Very clean and spacious. It is located in the perfect spot. So many thing s to do nearby or you can just hang out in the village and relax. The golf cart makes going to the beach a breeze and then afterwards going to pool refreshing. It was so easy to get up early and take the golf cart to the beach to see the spectacular sunrise. We have stayed in the village many times and I must say this has to be my favorite house. Everything about it was perfect. The screened in porch was such a bonus. It was nice to sit out there and just read and relax in the rocking chair. We will definitely look in to renting this home again when we come back to Myrtle Beach.
