Why they chose this property

You will be on 7 privately owned acres, and the Summer House is totally private with it's own back and front decks, fenced and gated dog yard and views into the woods of Acadia.
We have no close neighbors, but Eagle Lake is one mile away and Bar Harbor us 2 1/2 miles. Perfect location!

What makes this property unique

We have pure water from our 600' well, a sky full of twinkling stars, and wildlife roaming the property. We have a wonderful cleaning & maintenance crew. Bring your guitar.. we love music! Walk down the driveway and you will be on the Carriage trails. We are location actually inside Acadia National Park.
