With 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a luxurious and well lit kitchen, dining room and 2 huge family rooms, the house is a true oasis in beautiful northern Michigan. A tree lined street that ends in a cul-de-sac keeps traffic to a minimum. Beaches, shops, downtown restaurants and so much more are only minutes away. This property would be ideal for participants or guests of the local horse show, attendees of the National Cherry Festival, or just a family looking to spend the best part of the year in one of the best locations in America. The home is available for minimum 30 day rentals during May, June (with the exception of June 13-17), July and August for 2024 which will allow anyone who stays here ample time to truly relax and soak in all that summer has to offer in northern Michigan.
