I was delighted to find this room available in the very expensive village of Mendocino. My sister and I stayed for 3 nights; it was great to have 2 beds available. The little kitchen was perfect for that amount of time. We really appreciated the soft, high quality towels. The grounds of the Art Center are lush and beautiful. Next time I will remember to bring a large bottle of drinking water for the room as I didn't love the taste of the water, but that's not the host's fault. Thank you!

Wonderful charming house for a family vacation. All the amenities you would expect and more. Coffee , bottled water, snacks provided were and add touch that made you feel that you were staying at a friend's home and not a rental. Very easy to find the home and highway access. Would happily stay here for the next family vacation . Gina did a wonderful job as property manager. Thank you
