Great location-near downtown and bluffs. The accommodation was simple and a bit cold due to the weather. Portable heater helped. Some area rugs would have been nice also. We believe that this was created as a place for visiting artists-the Mendocino gallery was on the premises. Overall, good experience.
My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights, and it was such a great getaway stay! Beautiful grounds, small but well cleaned and well kept room. Quiet and close to everything.
I was delighted to find this room available in the very expensive village of Mendocino. My sister and I stayed for 3 nights; it was great to have 2 beds available. The little kitchen was perfect for that amount of time. We really appreciated the soft, high quality towels. The grounds of the Art Center are lush and beautiful. Next time I will remember to bring a large bottle of drinking water for the room as I didn't love the taste of the water, but that's not the host's fault. Thank you!
