There is a queen bedded room with a desk area next to a full bathroom and a comfortable living/dining room with open kitchen. A convertible queen couch is in the living area. There is also a working free standing gas fire place as well as a furnace for this year around dwelling as well as space to store kayaks/canoes and/or bicycles . Unique Benefits: This side of Mount Desert is often sunny when other parts are fog bound. The water is calmer and warmer. Wildlife abounds with eagles, osprey, terns, loons, cormorants and the occasional porpoise over the water and rabbits, deer and once in a while porcupine or fox visit the property.
