Great location, close to the beach. Host was excellent, I had an early flight and I was able to get in early. The place was clean and had everything you could need. The only thing wrong was the flooring was coming up by the couch, and caught my foot. Everything else was great and would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The host was super nice and accommodating. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the coffee every morning. The area seemed safe. The only downside I would note is the parking is super tight. You have to squeeze between 2 large vans in back. Also, if you’re expecting to have a sitting area with grass as pictured, this unit does not have any outdoor areas. I booked thinking my dogs could run around. Over all this is a great little place to stay!

Great location great facility…only thing is I could tell cleaning wasn’t done properly before my arrival…found a marijuanna pen and battery and previous trash from last visitors…did not bother me one bit just thought that should be noted

Perfect location!

This is an awesome little apartment and was perfect for my solo trip to Jax Beach. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. The location couldn't have been better, and I felt very safe. It's a quick walk to the beach and right by Neptune Beach with lots of great restaurants and shops. I wish I could have stayed longer and next time, I will definitely bring a bike! There is so much to explore.
