Welcome to our cottage in Northern Colorado, close to lakes - Boyd, Horsetooth, Lake Loveland; a haven with numerous biking/walking trails; small town offering superb eating establishments, Rialto Theatre, unique shops/shopping, easy access to mountains, skiing, hiking, fishing (Poudre River). Come enjoy a spot o' fun and life in NOCO! First time offering as a Short Term Home to our guests

Close to downtown, but far enough away in peaceful neighborhood, beautiful home, easy access to Ft Collins and surrounding areas. Biking & walking trails are amazing
What makes this property unique
So well kept, everything was well thought out by prior owner - the large office downstairs, all rooms are wired for antenna as well as internet; heated garage; beautiful kitchen, great for entertaining guests with nice flow between rooms; beautiful wood flooring, backyard is small but so nice, large trees & easy to manage
