This is basically a review of Nicole as a host. She had a very unfortunate situation where two separate people gained access to her home and casita where we were scheduled to stay. Seeing someone else’s belongings in the Vrbo, we messaged her to let her know what was going on but ultimately found other accommodations while the situation was rectified. She was traveling and in a different time zone so communications were a little delayed but she got back to me and we received a full refund. We appreciate her effort and hope to stay another time!
Overall had a very nice stay! Some pros and cons for full transparency:- No doors inside, make sure you're solo or with someone you're comfortable with hearing everything in the bathroom - Wifi info wasnt working from what was provided in the instructions- Could use a little TLC for the small things, like the blinds that dont open when the rod is turned or a hook peeling off the wallPros: Easy parking, great detailed instructions where to park to avoid getting a ticket Hosts were pleasant Easy access to casita in back, well lit at night Well organized, clean inside the space AC unit worked well, helped keep the room from wver feeling too stuffy Bed was very comfortable The rooms are quaint, have more personality than any other Vrbo I've stayed at Sturdy infrastructure, secure and feels private from any potential outside visibility. Helped keep any crazy noise from reaching inside.I'd definitely come back here!
The Casita Quirky was exactly what we needed for a quick trip in Tucson with our pup. The outdoor space was fenced in so we could enjoy our morning coffee & our pup could sniff all the things. Great location & great host!
