Host was extremely helpful and communicative. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The location was gated and secure. They did have issues with the elevators but it was something completely out of the host's control.

Our family had a delightful stay here. My children thoroughly enjoyed the view, and I appreciated the proximity to the beach. We would certainly consider staying here again.

My wife and I stayed at this property for two nights, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.The building did not resemble the resort shown on the sign and appeared to need significant renovation. Our condo was on the second floor, but the elevator was out of service, so we had to carry seven pieces of luggage upstairs. One of the steps was damaged, causing my wife to trip and fall.The condo itself also had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The bathroom ceiling had rust and mildew, the sink drained very slowly, and the bathroom baseboards were dirty. The bedroom TV did not receive any channels, while the living-room TV repeatedly lost its internet connection, making it difficult to watch television. The bedroom mattress was also very uncomfortable and should be replaced.I had recently lost my mother and booked this trip hoping to get away for a few days and clear my head. Unfortunately, this stay added more stress rather than providing a relaxing experience. The building and surrounding area appeared neglected and almost deserted.The only positive aspect was the water view from the balcony. Overall, I would rate this property a 2 out of 10 and would not stay here again. Because of the unsafe conditions, maintenance problems, cleanliness issues, and the overall poor experience, we will be requesting a full refund for our stay.

Cute Condo - Sketchy Neighborhood

The condo itself was cute and comfortable, but the back porch light is missing and the TV’s did not offer a streaming service making options very limited. There are obvious foundation issues across the property with sections of concrete cut out in the hallways and replaced with heavy plywood. The elevator is slow, shaky, noisy, and just scary as Hell. We would not stay here again unless the property underwent a major remodel.

Beautiful view

We have been coming to North Beach for our vacations for 7 years. We always stay at Villa Del Sol. We loved staying in this condo. We had a small issue upon arrival, contacted the host and he replied quickly and took care of it right away. The view is beautiful and we loved sitting out on the balcony at night just listening to the ocean waves, they are very calming. The Lexington and Texas State Aquarium are within 5 minutes driving distance and our favorite restaurant Blackbeard's.I would say the one thing that was a bummer is that there was no oven. Before our check in, we stopped by HEB to purchase some food to cook and a couple frozen pizzas but there was no oven to cook them in. It wasn't a deal breaker for us though and we'd definitely stay in this condo again in the future (if it's available).
