Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Great location with very nice amenities.Parking under cover was nice (no hot car to get into). In the outside storage area on the balcony there were beach chairs,umbrella,sand auger for the umbrella, pool noodles and kids beach toys (buckets and shovels).Bed was comfortable as was the living room furniture.Very good shower and bathroom space. There were some minor maintenance issues which we noted at the condo for the appropriate people to address. We would definetly return to this unit if we visit the Indian shores area in the future.Thanks Ron and Celia.

Room was very dirty when we got there. Literally my kids feet were black after running around for half an hour. Then we had to wait until the next day to get it cleaned. There was a parking pass for 1 car in the unit. This unit was for 8 people. So obviously one pass was not logical here. We reached out to get another pass and were told that more passes were in the mailbox in front of the office. That wasn’t the case either. So basically one of the cars didn’t have a pass during the whole trip, but luckily we didn’t get cited or towed. Beyond that, the unit was very comfortable and spacious for the money we paid. Overall we were pretty satisfied.

Love this location

This complex and condo are a great place to stay. The condo is updated with a great shower and the king size bed is SO comfortable. I also like that all access is code-based, so we don't have to carry keys with us. The pool deck is especially nice - large and a wonderful view of the beach and gulf.

Indian Shores Beach

Great 4 Day Anniversary trip to Indian Shores. Beach Cottage was a good Central Location, older property but Well managed. Nice Pool Deck, Easy Walk to Beach, Our Condo was very spacious, wonderful master bath/ shower, nice furnishings, Good View to Ocean / Pool. Nice balcony table /4 chairs. Perfect for couple maybe 2 small children.

Lovely property.

It was very easy. We didn’t have any problems. Condo was clean and the view was exceptional. Easy access to pool and the ocean. I took Long Beach walks daily.

The property was exactly what they said, our view and the interior was as the pictures were. We had a pleasant vacation with our granddaughter. There are a couple minor repairs needed but nothing that hindered our stay. Definitely would stay there again.
