Amazing house, great location. Super clean, plenty of towels, and beach bags. Many beach toys to choose from as well. Couldn’t have picked a better house. Host was great, took great care of us and was extremely responsive! 100/10 experience

This top level place was perfect for the six of us. There was so much natural light, and the kitchen was well-stocked. There was plenty of beach equipment and towels for us to use. Location was close to the beach! Rami was a great host. He answered all of my questions quickly and was very accommodating.

This was a 5 star experience! Location was great, very short walk to the beach and shops. Parking was perfect, garage access. We have a midsize SUV and we fit in garage, larger vehicles may not fit. The house was stocked with everything you would need and beautifully decorated. Beds were so comfy, firmer side but that’s what we like. Rami was so nice, communication was a breeze, we would definitely book again! We rented bikes from Ray’s Rentals, easy and price was good for our family of 5. Thank you so much Rami!!

Exceptional property in an unbeatable Newport Beach location. The Beach House offers the perfect combination of comfort, style, and convenience. Waking up and being just steps from the ocean was incredible. Everything was well-appointed, the property was immaculate, and the hosts provided excellent communication throughout our stay. Five stars all around. We will definitely be returning.

Property was in an excellent location. Nice and quiet compared to some other locations closer to the boardwalk. Easily walkable for going to the beach and to local restaurants. Easy back bay entrance for paddle boarding and there were plenty of chairs, beach towels and stuff for the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Our family of four stayed for the Fourth of July week and had a great time. The unit was perfect for our family of four and could have accommodated more people easily. It was an excellent location from the beach and shopping. The host was very responsive and the entire process was easy and smooth. I would highly recommend this rental if you’re looking for comfort and ease with nice accommodations and a great host.
