Tolle Villa

Einfach super! Gross, sauber, alles vorhanden. Es fehlt an nichts. Sogar kühle Getränke Waschmittel, Geschirrspühlmittel werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Pool war fantastisch und wurde von uns sehr viel gebraucht. Die Wassertemperatur war bei ca 30Grad. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Es liegt ruhig an einem Kanal. Cape Coral ist einfach sehr weitläufig und man braucht für alles das Auto. (Nur der Wallmart liegt in Gehdistanz)

Ein super Haus

Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind super gepflegt, alles funktioniert, es mangelt an nichts. Und durch die professionelle Betreuung der Vermieter steht bei Ankunft sogar ein kaltes Bier im Kühlschrank. Die Lage ist abgesehen von der amerikanischen Vorliebe für Rasemähen sehr ruhig, trotzdem sind Supermarkt etc schnell erreicht. Das Haus ist jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Ein Urlaub vom Feinsten

Wir waren im Mai drei Wochen in diesem Haus und waren begeistert. Das Haus ist gut in Schuss, SEHR sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist nicht die reduzierte eines Ferienhauses, sondern eines Hauses, in dem man normalerweise auch wohnt. Alles da, alles drin. Supermärkte, Outlets aber auch gute Resaurants (keine Ketten) in der Nähe. Wir schätzen die Professionalität des Vermieters, die absolute Verlässlichkeit und natürlich die sehr netten Kontakte. Wir planen schon den nächsten Urlaub mit diesem Vermieter (zum dritten Mal).

Sofort wieder....:-)

Hallo zusammen. Ich hatte das Glück 3 Wochen im August08 zusammen mit meiner Freundin und einem befreundeten Paar einen traumhaften Urlaub in diesem Haus zu verbringen. Das Haus liegt an einer sehr ruhigen Strasse und ist auch sehr leicht zu finden. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Gemütliche Zimmer und grosse Schränke in denen man all die Schätze verstauen kann die man in einer der hervorragenden Shoppingmalls erstanden hat. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Besonders hat es uns der Gasgrill angetan den wir bei jeder Gelegenheit benutzt haben. Es war echt ein toller Urlaub und wir waren sehr begeistert von diesem Haus und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man braucht nur knapp 5 Minuten zu einer der Hauptverbindungsstrassen (mit der Corvette von Hertz nur 2,5 Minuten;-) Dort findet man die typischen Fastfood Ketten und diverse Mega Supermärkte. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub und ich würde diese Art von Urlaub immer dem Massentourismus vorziehen.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren mit 4 Personen für 3 Wochen in den Sommerferien 2008 in diesem Haus. Das Haus hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt und die Betreuung war ausgezeichnet. Die Lage am Kanal ist für Bootsliebhaber interessant und die Sackgasse für die Ruhe himmlisch. Das Mobiliar des Hauses mit der Essgelegenheit in der Küche war ausgezeichnet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und auch der Sunsplash Wasserpark in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es ist für bis zu 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ein hervorragendes Urlaubsdomizil.
