The 3-room apartment on the 4th floor of Haus Jan am Strand in Cuxhaven-Döse offers the perfect setting for a relaxing North Sea holiday. It accommodates 2 to 3 people and impresses with its spacious layout and outdoor areas

On the north side, a large terrace with a double sun lounger invites you to relax—with a direct view of the sea, the international shipping lane, and the Wadden Sea. The sunny south-facing balcony also offers a sheltered spot with a beautiful view of the landscape.

In the living area, a modern sofa with adjustable seat depth and a reclining ottoman ensure comfort. A dining table seats up to three people. From the living room, you can access both the south-facing balcony and the terrace with a sea view.

The open-concept kitchen is spacious and fully equipped—including a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic cooktop, and coffee maker. The master bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed, while the second bedroom has a single bed and a desk—ideal for combining a holiday with working from home.

The bathroom with a shower stall and toilet is modern and functional. A free underground parking space (maximum entry height: 195 cm) rounds out the amenities.

The “Jan am Strand” apartment building captivates with its maritime ambiance and is situated in a prime location, directly behind the dike. The picturesque sandy beach of Döse is just a minute’s walk away. Depending on the apartment’s location, guests on the north side enjoy an exclusive view of the International Shipping Route and the Wadden Sea, an UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. On the south side, a sun-drenched spot with an enchanting view of the landscape awaits you.

All apartments are comfortable and accessible via lift, and each comes with an assigned underground parking space. Both the apartments and the penthouse units at “Jan am Strand” feature balconies or spacious terraces.

The Spielkogge at Strandhaus Döse is within sight, and the expansive “Seeräuber” adventure playground in the spa park as well as the heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach are within walking distance. Washing machines and dryers are available in the building.

From 03.11.2025 through approximately 12.12.2025, the heating and hot water system at “Jan am Strand” will be replaced.
• Hot Water: A temporary hot water supply will be available during the work. Please note that the water pressure may be lower than usual.
• Heating: During this period, only portable electric heaters (e.g., oil-filled radiators) will be available in the apartments, as central heating will not be possible.
• Noise Disturbance: Due to dismantling and installation work, construction noise is to be expected during this period.
