Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out by 11 AM
Bag all trash and throw out to trash chute left of elevator.
Replace dishes back to original position.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties or events. No smoking or vaping inside the unit. No pets unless approved in advance. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level. Community amenities must be used according to posted rules.
Return the room key and fob to the lockbox at checkout. Lost key/fob replacement costs may be charged.
