Ein sehr schönes, toll eingerichtetes Appartment. Es ist bis ins Detail liebevoll gestaltet und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Lage ist ruhig und zentral, die U-Bahn Station ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Umgebung hat alles was man braucht: Ein kleiner Spar-Supermarkt und sogar einen Biergarten, der sehr leckeres Essen hat.

Ein Beispiel dafür, wie Wohnraum dem lokalen Markt entzogen wird um damit Gewinn durch Ferienvermietung zu machen. Kein Wunder wenn die Mieten immer teurer werden, Wohnungen auf diese Weise zweckentfremdet werden.
