Acadia Carriage House at the Ryan's located 1 mile from Eagle lake & 2 1/2 mi. from downtown Bar Harbor & Frenchman's Bay. Experience our stone bridges, access to hiking & biking trails directly from our driveway, as well as great kayaking and swimming. Wildlife abounds here.
Amenities include large, private deck, full kitchen, gas grill, $1 coin laundry, direct TV, free WIFI, AC and heaters. All linens are provided.. Sleeps 4 adults and 3 children. PETS are welcome! Large, fenced dog yard. Crib & high chair available.
There is are 2 flights of stairs - one outside & one inside.

Why they chose this property

The Ryan Estate is 2 1/2 miles from downtown Bar Harbor (which is on Frenchman's Bay) and 1 mile from beautiful Eagle Lake. We have no close neighbors and own our 7 pristine acres actually inside Acadia National Park. The night skies are sparkling with millions of stars! You may see large rabbits that live nearby, deer that wander through and eagles flying overhead. Adorable chipmunks run across the parking area and birds are in the trees! Enjoy Maine without the crowds.

What makes this property unique

Surrounded by the varied trees of Acadia National Park, you can walk down the driveway and you are on the hiking and biking trails. Delicious, pure water from our 600' deep well pours out of your tap. No need to buy bottled when you stay with us! Large Dog play area, grass, gated and fenced. Never sprayed! We do love doggies! There are stairs on leading up to the Carriage House. Please inquire about our other properties if you need a place with no stairs. Our laundry machines are only $1 per load. We LOVE dogs!!
