I tetti di Piazza Navona is located in the heart of the historical center, between Piazza The apartment is located in the heart of the historical center, between Piazza Navona and the Pantheon, on the 4th floor (no elevator) of a historic building dating back to the 1600s. As with most antique buildings, there is no elevator. This charming apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. There is a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a single bed convertible in double bed. Furthermore, a romantic wrought iron spiral staircase will lead you to a truly exclusive master bedroom with fireplace and a window with a beautiful view of the rooftops of Rome. From here you have access to a beautiful terrace where you can take in this breath-taking city with its domes, the red roofs of the historic buildings, the tower of Parliament and flying seagulls.

Together with the historic charm of this apartment are modern comforts like air conditioning and free Wi-Fi Internet connection.

Definitely not a place for anyone with mobility issues, but otherwise was as advertised. It definitely has character and the bathroom is very small, but if you are looking for a place to explore the city on foot the location could not be better. The patio was wonderful and we loved several of the restaurants that were very close.

Lovely location. Great view. Great immediate neighborhood. The advertised price ‘including all fees and taxes’ was off by a couple hundred euro. The check-in process was quite a waste of time, and required additional planning. The bathroom was poor.

It was obviously too cold to use the rooftop so never went there. It was a very tiny kitchen, tiny bathroom at the top of 64 stairs with all of our luggage and a baby. Honestly, not what I was thinking it was going to be.

We're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations but we do not really understand why: we understand that you were unable to use the rooftop, since it was December, full winter and pretty rainy, but I'm sure you knew that while booking and didn't expect to use an open terrace as it was summer... right? Also, the heating system in the apartment is fully functional, and temperatures in Rome during your stay have been quite mild but yes, an open air terrace might not be enjoyable in deep winter. Also, the size of the apartment and the presence of stairs are clearly described and shown in the listing photos, so guests can assess whether the property is suitable for their needs, especially when traveling with a baby or heavy luggage.

Stairs up 4 flights are an adventure. The one small bathroom was so tiny that the toilet seat wouldn't lift up. The kitchen was also tiny and an old hot plate. Location was good but hard to get to by taxi.

Please, be informed that the 2 hot plates have been recentrly installed, they are not old at all. Lastly, since the apartment is located in the heart of the historic center in a ZTL area, it is quite normal for car traffic to be limited; however, there are many taxi stations within walking distance.

We loved our stay at Tetti di Piazza Navona! The apartment is simple and minimally furnished, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location could not be better—tucked right near Piazza Navona, with the charm of Rome literally at your doorstep.The highlight of the apartment is definitely the rooftop terrace. Morning coffee, evening wine, or just taking in the views—this terrace made our trip unforgettable. The sweeping views of Rome’s rooftops and domes were truly magical.One thing to note for future guests: the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator. We didn’t mind the stairs at all, but it’s good for others to be aware, especially if traveling with luggage or mobility issues.Overall, an amazing stay in a perfect location. The terrace alone makes it worth it. We’d absolutely return!

Great location. Property manager was easy to work with; we got to check in early, location is convenient to everything. you have to take a narrow spiral staircase to get to the top floor bedroom.
