Completely furnished, ready to move in. Big screen plasma tv's, dishwasher, microwave, new kitchen. 1 Big King, 1 Queen, 1 trundle bed with roll away. All of first floor is ours and the King Bedroom and bath is on the second floor.

We picked this property because we fell in love with it and feel that it is just a wonderful place to be at the beach and enjoy the area.
What makes this property unique
This place is unique in being right on the Bay and having a grass area right in front of the door to play and picnic on with the sandy beach and bay right there. The grass even helps keep the sand out of the house as you go in and out. Sitting on the porch you see San Diego and the fireworks from Sea World right there to see whenever they are fired off.
