There is no place like home.. until you come to Pajaro Dunes! Truly a hidden gem on the Central Coast. Perfect location for a relaxed beach getaway, yet close enough to enjoy a little piece of both Santa Cruz and Monterey County. Facing Monterey, our condo has a nice view to enjoy the sunrise. This is a vacation destination that you will want to come back to time after time. Our home is Professional managed - Professionally Sanitized with On Site care.

We are right on the beach! Our home is new, clean and beautifully decorated. There is a nice open floor plan with a new modern kitchen and amenities. Our condo is completely equipped, ready to drop your suitcase and start relaxing to the sights and sounds of the ocean. We are in a gated community close to shopping, golf, fine dining and surf. Step out your patio door and listen to the ocean waves crashing onto the shore.

This home is on the beach level - so no stairs to climb. Just walk out to the beach and enjoy! Free high speed wireless. Electric Fireplace, King in the master bedroom, 2 Bunk Bunks and Sofa bed in the guest bedroom, perfect for a family getaway. Remodeled kitchen & baths bring a touch of luxury!

Spend family fun playing Pickle Ball, tennis or basketball with courts located on site. Stop by our lobby where we offer an assortment of loaner sports equipment for our renters including pickle ball sets!

Admire the beauty of the sand dunes and enjoy miles of untouched shoreline. Collect sand dollars on the beach and watch the wildlife right outside your window. From seals, sea otters, whales, snowy plovers, to the magical sights of the pelicans flying overhead, step back and truly soak in the relaxation.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return furniture to its original location. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters.
After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonder trip. The house is perfect, comfortable, clean, inviting. Well-equipped kitchen.perfect location. Access to tbe beach is.so easy. We had a wonderful time together. We loved the decor and very comfortable beds. The fiur bunk beds in onelarge bedroom was perfect four my 4 teen granddaughters to stay in. Would highly recommend #S 104 for families.

Relaxing Girls Trip

Condo was great for a mother daughter stay. Location was beautiful, love the proximity to the beach and the comfy seating on the outdoor patio. Condo was clean, updated and very well stocked for a weekend cooking in. Have stayed in several Pajaro Dunes condos and this is one I would definitely hope to return to.

Nice place to stay for Monterey

Had been visiting Yosemite and wanted to visit San Francisco and Monterey before heading home. This provided the perfect place to stay. Loved that it was right on the beach. Perfectly stocked too.

We loved every second of our trip! The windows looked out onto the sand dunes with a beautiful cypress tree. Check-in was easy. The condo was very clean. The furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The beach was only 100 steps away. Our stay was perfect!
