Plenty of room at 30 steele st cowes phillip island

Great holiday house, plenty of sporting equipment for kids to play and watch, Tv In nearly every room, Great shower water pressure, room for a boat in the drive and dog friendly, plenty of local wildlife Bats, birds & lizards.

Great location!

Very close location to shops and Cowes beach so no need of a car whilst staying here, you can walk to everything. Plenty of room for our family with separate tv's and lounge areas. Discovered 2nd shower/toilet half way through our stay at back of property. The property is well worn & not completely clean upon arrival but has all you need for a comfortable stay & lots of entertainment provided. Did not use bbq or go into shed.

Comfy & great location.

Feels like a home, a little worn but plenty of room, comfortable, walking distance to shops & beach. Hope to stay there again next year.

Christmas 2019

Even though an older property it suited our needs and was well equipped. On first entry the house smelled a bit musty.

Good place for family

The house was large and accommodated us all well Good place for kids there was games, books and there was even a highchair for my little one. Central to everything so very convenient House is older style and was rather cold at night in the back rooms unless you had heating on all the time but it was July we were there Fireplace in living room was great though.
