Muy bonita casa de 2 dormitorios con piscina situado en la mesa de salida del hoyo 3. Podrá relajarse en la piscina mientras disfruta de las hermosas puestas de sol. Esta casa se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche de los campos de entrenamiento Mariners, Padres, Rangers y Royals, y a solo 30 minutos del estadio de la Universidad de Phoenix. Otra gran ventaja de esta casa es que también el propietario de la casa justo al lado que da a los inquilinos la posibilidad de alquilar casas al lado de uno de los grupos más grandes que desean permanecer cerca uno del otro. It is s beautiful home

I had s great time there having a private pool was a huge plus over a hotel. Not to mention s full kitchen laundry. I would highly recommend it & Sheldon was s pleasure to work with the whole time. Year two - just gets better!

This is the second year we have stayed at this residence. We enjoyed it very much. It is a great location in Surprise, a great home and Sheldon is wonderful to work with. We look forward to additional visits in the future!

A “hole in one” location

Great place to stay! Quiet area on a beautiful golf course that is close to all the activities on Bell Street, P-83 area and Glendale restaurants/entertainment. Owner was a great host, easy to work with and very responsive to our needs/questions. Thanks for the memories Sheldon!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view from the patio. Enjoyed the fresh fruit from the trees on the property and loved, loved, loved the pool!!

AZ vacation!

We enjoyed this home. The heated pool was a big plus. Loved having paper items and detergent, etc. already there. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We golfed Coyote Lakes course and loved it. It was fun to watch the other golfers from our outside deck!

Outdoor living at it's finest

Everything about our stay was great! Our previous three family vacations to Phoenix had all been at hotels. Sheldon's house allowed to have a stress free and laid back vacation. The subdivision is very quiet and great for walking. My daughter and I went for a short run every morning. The house itself has everything you need - great kitchen with an ample supply of pots, pans, and utensils and the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. Our favorite part by far was the outdoor living area. The pool was perfect size for our two elementary schoolers and the covered porch allowed us to take a break from the sun if needed. The backyard also butts up against a golf course which supplies you with endless entertainment during the afternoon. The house also faces the west which makes for a perfect sunset to end your day. Surprise is a great spot to stay if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of metro phoenix. Everything you need is within a 12 minute without getting on the highway.

Great home! Great location!

Thank you Sheldon for another wonderful stay in your home. 2nd year in a row we've stayed for a month. Love your place, the heated pool, the golf course view, the area. Comfortable beds, everything you need in the house/garage. There's so many places to visit and things to do. Location is perfect. Sedona and Flagstaff are 2-2.5hrs away. That's a must see!! We hiked and/or drove up 3-4 mountains and the views were spectacular (all within an hour drive).

Very nice home backing up to the golf course. Sheldon was very accommodating allowing our friends in when our flight was delayed, and responded rapidly to phone calls and texts. Everything was immaculate and well supplied. There were even beverages left by prior guests. Thanks for a wonderful vacation rental

Perfect set up for 2 couples

We stayed at this location from Jan 12 - 19 and the house was set up with everything that you would require. The layout worked out well for 2 couples and sitting on the quiet back deck by the pool was a nice way to relax after a day of site seeing. We would definitely consider staying here again. Very nice house - clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood

Spent 3 weeks at this property and it was perfect for our needs. Was very close to family that we had in the area. Very close to a lot of restaurants and activities. House was exactly as advertised and was very clean and comfortable. Temps were in the hundreds during our entire stay and the pool was a welcome relief. Sheldon, the owner, was very responsive and easy to work with.
